About the Role

Seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to play a pivotal role. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications. As a technical leader, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovation to ensure that we provide an exceptional digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
• Provide architectural direction and enforce coding, design, and development best practices.
• Establish a robust code review and quality assurance process.
• Promote a culture of automated testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

2. System Design & Architecture

• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.
• Lead the implementation of microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure high availability and performance optimization of digital banking applications.

3. Full Stack Development

• Own critical technical components in both front-end and back-end development.
• Work with modern front-end frameworks like React.js and back-end technologies like Java (Spring Boot).
• Ensure seamless API design and secure integration with internal and third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, KYC/AML systems).

4. Security & Compliance

• Ensure that applications meet the highest security standards.
• Implement best practices for data protection, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to FinTech security regulations and industry standards.

5. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of software features and updates.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions that align with the companys goals.

6. Innovation & Strategy

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in FinTech.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance the digital banking platform.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education & Experience

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-traffic, scalable web or mobile applications.
• Experience in FinTech or banking-related projects is highly desirable.

2. Technical Skills

• Front-End: Expert in React.js, Angular.
• Back-End: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot.
• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• API & Security: Expertise in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and security protocols.
• Development Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

3. Leadership & Communication

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring development teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
