Job Profile /Tasks :
a. Regular follow-up calls with existing sellers &
potential to make around 70-75 calls/day
b. Back-office assistance for your sales team
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, or promotions in a clear and professional manner.
Convince potential customers to purchase products or services or book appointments.
Maintain a high conversion rate by following structured sales pitches.
2. Inbound Call Handling
Answer incoming customer calls politely and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify potential customers through cold calling, references, and lead databases.
Generate leads and pass them on to the field sales or business development team.
Assist in closing sales by coordinating between clients and the sales team.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships
with customers.Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
Update and maintain the CRM database with customer details and call notes.
5. Product Knowledge & Training
Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services.
Stay updated about new offers, promotions, and pricing policies.
Attend training sessions to enhance communication skills, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports and share them with the team leader.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Report recurring customer complaints or issues to the operations team.
Assist in preparing performance analysis reports for management.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.
Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally over the phone.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
2. Sales & Persuasion Skills

Strong convincing abilities to promote products and services.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Comfortable with cold calling and generating new leads.
3. Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.
Ability to work with automated dialing systems and telecalling dashboards.
4. Personal Attributes
Pleasant personality with a confident and polite tone.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new tools and processes.
