Job Description
MISSION?AND RESPONSABILITIES
As Credit Manager in the Dubai Regional office, your role is toset and monitor collection objectives for the Group's agencies/subsidiaries.
You control the formalization of reporting concerning the level of performance of current customer management (performance indicators such as delay, DSO, etc.). Youare in charge ofensuringPortfolio's DSO and overdue ratio remain respectively below 30 days and 15%.
Youliaise with Regional Credit Managers, Global Accounts and Customer service teams on Global Accounts collection matters andidentify/anticipate potential risks of credit losses and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
You ensure the optimization of information media and communication with other relevant directorates and departments (risk level, disputes, blocking and unblocking, etc.).
In coordination with Financial Control, as well as D&D Departments,youensure aging balances tidiness by following up on write-off and D&D discounts processes.
You are also in charge of thefollow up on D&D collection, approval of the D&D proposed Benchmark, andwithin authority Matrix D&D waivers. You supervise the D&D filling within LARA, Company Website and FMC.
You ensure suspension rules are enforced.
You review, approve, or recommend credit terms according to group's Approval Matrix.
You visit key and/or problematic accounts along with the commercial team.
As a manager, you are also responsible of the coordination and management of your team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years work experience in collection, agency finance or control functionwith a good knowledge of the business.

- Ability to partner with agencies GM and CFOs to set collection objectives andlimits

Extensive knowledge of all aspect of Collections analytics and operations
Demonstrate capability to follow legal action with in-house and external legalcounsels
Autonomous and able to work with overseas stakeholder (Regional teammates, Service Canters etc.)
Proactive and comfortable making decisions under highpressure
Leadership &Strong communication skills.
Detail oriented and maintains the highest productivity and qualitylevels
