Area Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore

Role Purpose:

  • Strengthening the Companys Business interests in the Marketplace
  • Form the vital link between the Company and Customers

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

  • B2B sales (direct as well as through dealer)
  • Sales and distribution management for entire state.
  • Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives
  • Managing key accounts
  • Managing customer payments
  • Managing sales team of Executives and Officers (2 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery
  • Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.

Who you are (Requirements):

  • PG preferred / graduate with good qualifications.

    At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills

What will set you apart (Nice to Have):

  • At least 3 years of team leading experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position is preferred 
  • Experience with reputed B2B companies in leadership positions in their segments is preferred.
