Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Head of Digital Marketing at CX, a product engineering services company, you will play a crucial role in leading the digital growth initiatives for the IT services business. With a focus on driving growth, increasing product adoption, and optimizing user acquisition, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your visionary approach and over 15 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the IT or tech industry will be instrumental in the success of our digital campaigns across multiple channels.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for generating high-quality inbound leads through integrated campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
    - Own and scale the company's online presence, including the website, SEO, social media channels, and third-party platforms to improve visibility, traffic, and engagement.
    - Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to gather insights for developing high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, blogs, videos, and webinars. Manage writers and content creators to ensure timely and strategic publishing.
    - Plan and run outbound campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and drive pipeline growth.
    - Track and report on website performance, SEO metrics, digital engagement, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies continuously.
    Qualifications Required:
    - Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing with 5 years in a leadership role, with a strong focus on social media, content, and inbound marketing.
    - Proven track record of leading digital initiatives for IT services companies with $50M+ in revenue.
    - Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.

    - Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
    - Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content strategies.
    - Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle and the role of digital marketing in supporting business development.
    - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage content and campaign strategies across multiple channels.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Ability to manage a team as a team lead and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
