Hiring For Customer Support Voice Process (US Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and process understanding.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes (US/UK).
  
• Excellent Communication Skills with strong verbal & written English proficiency.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
  
• Strong Soft Skills Training certification required; additional certifications like VNA/BPO/CSE preferred.
