Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at CAMS. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage endtoend employee lifecycle including on boarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Collaborate with managers on talent management, succession planning, and career development.
• Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness.
• Support compensation and benefits processes, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking.
• Need to travel if required for business needs.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
