About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, and Electrical sectors. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying and placing top talent in highly specialized non-IT roles.

Note: This position is open to W2 candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and place candidates for non-IT roles across Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, and Electrical sectors
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Utilize job boards, monster, LinkedIn, Dice, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Maintain candidate records in the ATS and provide timely updates
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and client-specific requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of US NON IT Recruitment experience (Non-IT focus)
Proven experience recruiting in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Electrical industries
Strong understanding of US work authorization types with a focus on W2 hiring
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with VMS environments is a plus
Experience using ATS tools.
