Senior HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the hospitality or real estate industries.
In-depth knowledge of KSA and UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics to inform decision-making.
Culturally aware and adaptable, with experience working in a diverse environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
