Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and enhance our organizations human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a strong grasp of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. You will play a vital role in shaping the company culture, supporting business goals, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee performance management systems and support managers in setting goals and conducting reviews.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) and maintain accurate HR records.
• Handle conflict resolution and grievance management in a fair and timely manner.
• 
  Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly.
• Manage payroll coordination with the finance team and ensure timely processing.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 45 years of proven experience in HR management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [industry type, e.g., IT/Manufacturing/Service sector].
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with HR analytics tools and employee engagement platforms.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Friday
