Chief Financial Officer - CA

Role Purpose:
The role will serve as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director, promoters and leadership team. The role extends significantly beyond traditional accounting and controllership responsibilities and will involve helping shape the future direction of the company.
The CFO will lead finance transformation, institutionalize governance mechanisms, build scalable systems and processes, support strategic decision-making, strengthen performance management disciplines, drive capital allocation decisions and ensure that the organization is equipped to support a substantially larger business over the coming years.

Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential.
- 15-25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong experience in manufacturing-oriented businesses.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, finance transformation and process modernization, banking relationships, debt raising, working capital financing and capital expenditure funding.
- Exposure to listed companies, private equity-backed organizations, institutional governance environments or IPO readiness initiatives would be highly desirable.
