Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Experience in Merchant Banking activities like Public Issue, Rights Issue, Buy Backs, Delisting, Preferential Allotments, AIF Registrations etc.
• 2. Practical experience of handling Listing Regulations queries
• 3. Good knowledge of Listing & ICDR Regulations
• 4. Liaison with Regulatory Authorities - SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE)

Educational Qualifications & Skills

1.Company Secretary (CS) having 6-7 years of relevant work experience with a Merchant Banking, Consulting or a Listed Company

• 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions
• 3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders, clients, and regulators.
• 4. Solid understanding of the capital markets landscape, including regulations and compliance requirements.
