- Providing strategic, executive and operational support to the director.
- Help track and monitor the performance of various functions / regions / businesses.
- Analyze reports, performance and summarize and identify actionable.
- Work on / lead the various projects being run from the Director's office.
- Monitoring the progress on the projects.
- Working on productivity improvement initiatives.
- Experimenting with new thoughts and ideas across functions / regions / businesses.
- Identifying the root causes of the issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensuring that the actionable are closed as per the decided priority.
- Liasoning with Senior leadership for the delivery on key initiatives.Qualification : Engineering Graduate (any discipline) preferably from IIT / NIT.
