As a Recruiter, youll play a pivotal role in growing our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Youll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring we find candidates who are not only skilled but also align with our company culture and values.

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage top candidates through job boards, Linkedin, networking events, and referral programs.
• Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategic plans to fill roles efficiently.
• Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Data-Driven Hiring: Use analytics and recruitment metrics to improve sourcing, selection, and retention strategies.
• Employer Branding: Actively promote our agency as an employer of choice through job ads, social media, and networking events.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by working closely with hiring manager.
