What youll be working on:

• Manage the end-to-end process of motor policy issuance in line with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Operations) and external partners (Insurers, Brokers) to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Review application documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• 
  Input data accurately into internal systems and insurance platforms.
• Track and monitor policy issuance timelines, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Handle client queries related to policy issuance and amendments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all issued policies.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues in the policy documentation.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes affecting motor insurance issuance and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably motor insurance.
• Familiarity with motor insurance products and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
