Role Description The Assistant Manager Internal Audit role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning and executing internal audits across stores and functions, including financial, operational, and compliance reviews. The Assistant Manager will assess internal controls, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans. Day-to-day activities include reviewing accounting and financial records, analyzing data and reports, preparing clear audit documentation, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk management, support adherence to company policies, and contribute to continuous improvement in store and corporate processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate process effectiveness.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including understanding of financial statements.
• Experience with internal controls and risk assessment in a corporate or retail environment.

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or retail management systems is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present audit findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with on-site teams.
