Role Summary:
Manage marketing initiatives for Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) by implementing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting destination activations, managing partnerships, and leveraging data insights that enhance the commercial positioning and brand visibility of JLT as a thriving destination for businesses, residents, and investors.
Working closely with the Property Business Unit, the role should ensure consistent communication flow and effectively showcase JLT's ongoing regeneration efforts through impactful campaigns, community-focused activations, and strong brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the departmental policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Ensure awareness of and alignment to the organization compliance manual and the code of ethics. Identify continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner meeting DMCC's and departmental requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening the positioning and attractiveness of JLT as a leading destination in Dubai.
- Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, video, offline media, and events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams, media agencies, and external partners to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and multimedia content that communicate the unique value propositions of JLT.
- Build and maintain a continuous and cohesive news cycle to support an always-on communications approach, which covers business, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.
- Manage marketing efforts adhere to corporate policies, brand guidelines, and trademark regulations, while continuously optimizing strategies to reflect evolving market trends and business goals.
- Ensure digital campaigns are continuously optimized based on data-driven insights, audience engagement patterns, and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the execution of an annual calendar of activations, community events, and experiential marketing initiatives to drive footfall, enhance community engagement, and create memorable experiences for residents, businesses, and visitors in JLT.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing destination-focused events, including community festivals and trend-driven experiences to ensure high participation and impact.
- Manage retail tenants, developing and managing a tenant program to collaborate more and ensure seamless communication. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution in collaboration with the Events & Partnership team to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of marketing activations.
- Manage relationships with government authorities such as Dubai Culture, Dubai Economy & Tourism, and Dubai Sports Council to ensure strong collaboration.
- Identify brands aligned with target audiences and establish strategic partnerships to drive community engagement and expand reach.
- Develop and manage sponsorship packages, proactively reaching out to brands to drive revenue generation and offset budget spend.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, competitor insights, and customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies and campaign improvements.
- Work with the analytics team to track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and audience engagement metrics, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to measurable business growth.
- Support the acquisition and interpretation of destination marketing data to provide insights into visitor demographics, property trends, market demands, and investment opportunities in JLT. Develop and present monthly performance reports and insights dashboards to highlight key marketing outcomes and areas for optimization.
- Use data insights to identify trends, optimize targeting strategies, and refine marketing approaches to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 5-7 years experience in Marketing, hospitality industry exposure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
- Familiarity with Local Authority regulations and personnel would be an advantage.

About Company
The DMCC free zone is a geographically designated and defined area in the United Arab Emirates and is considered a qualified free zone for the purposes of the UAE Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on Taxation of Corporations and Businesses and its amendments). This allows businesses operating in the Free Zone to benefit from a 0% Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income as specified by the relevant Corporate Tax Cabinet and Ministerial decisions.
