What we are looking for
Position: Research and Database Analyst (Full-time)Level: Entry/Junior (0-3+ years) First things first, this is not a regular cubicle-based job. It’s a unique opportunity. You must enjoy finding out about things. Research must be your passion. You could be a fresher or <5 years experienced. You must have many unique and interesting personal and professional achievement stories either from your school/ college times or life at companies earlier.
In this secondary research-based role you will primarily be working on our existing product database of school/college-level entrance exams and scholarships. You shall be cleaning, collating, structuring, and assimilating, both qualitative & quantitative data from our existing data, exams, and scholarship directories. You shall be required to strictly adhere to our schema-based framework for our product. As work evolves, you shall be expected to conduct secondary desk-based research from various databases, company/university/college websites, archives, press releases, etc. to expand our existing directories and find additional missing links to further enrich our product. Responsibilities
Cleaning and collating both qualitative & quantitative data of entrance exams and scholarships from our existing directories
Structuring both textual and numeric data focused on a schema-based the framework that goes into our product architecture (all the way, you must keep in mind the need of school/college students)
Managing multiple assignments while ensuring technical accuracy and fact checking, adherence to documentation protocol, and a timely delivery of all work products
Requirements
You must have a master’s degree (any discipline)
You must have an insatiable appetite for well-rounded knowledge about the world of education, it’s impact, and its implications.
You must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
You must exhibit excellent skills in desktop research, and have patience to travel beyond the 5th page of Google SERPs and delve into deep dives to fish out the right answers whenever required.
