Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Process Improvement & Transformation - IT Services

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Process Improvement & Transformation professional to drive recruitment process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives for a leading IT Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and improve existing Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Drive Recruitment Process Transformation and standardization across different hiring teams.
• Analyze recruitment data and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and process guidelines for Talent Acquisition.
• Drive automation and adoption of digital/AI-enabled recruitment tools and solutions.
• Work closely with TA, HR, Business, and Technology teams to implement transformation initiatives.
• Track and monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, conversion rates, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
• Support change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for senior management.
• Continuously benchmark recruitment practices and recommend best-in-class solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Improvement, Recruitment Transformation, or TA Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, SOP development, and transformation projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with recruitment technology, ATS, dashboards, or AI-based hiring tools will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a large IT Services / Technology organization is preferred.
