Job Overview

As a Business Planning & Analysis Specialist - Cards at Emirates NBD, your role is to provide support on financial performance management by publishing the cards performance reports / financial tracker. Perform independent validation of various cards fulfilment data mainly joining and spends bonus miles / points. Prepare monthly reconciliation and settlement of the respective invoices and provide support on monthly closing of cards financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of fulfilment validation within the agreed timeline
• Ensure VAS billing is processed within the agreed timeline
• Answer queries related to VAS billing within the agreed TAT

  Get Hired
• Ensure accuracy of billings and process the invoices on timely basis
• Highlight invoice exceptions and get the required approval before processing
• Ensure MIS are accurate and published on timely basis
• Highlight any data related issues to management and liaise with IT to resolve it
• Prepare and post the rewards provision entry and debit cards scheme fees and segmentation entries
• Track and ensure correct accrual of subvention and dnata receivable is booked
• Validate the posting of all webforms in Finacle
• Identify and execute MIS automation opportunity
• Provide insights / commentary on trends / numbers presented in the MIS
• Ensure 100% customer notification for no usage no payment (active accounts) before purging execution

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail cards finance experience / business
• Proficiency in data management tools like Excel / Access
• Proficiency in Power BI
