Job Description

    As the Team Leader, Operations, you will be responsible for supervising a group of call center associates on a day-to-day basis. Your role involves ensuring that performance metrics are met through coaching, motivation, and accountability. Here are the key responsibilities you will handle:
    - Supervise a team of call center associates to achieve performance metrics through coaching and accountability
    - Monitor work and attendance in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
    - Provide effective coaching to drive consistent high performance among direct reports
    - Identify performance issues, create action plans for improvement, and implement corrective measures
    - Ensure that services provided to customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations
    - Communicate expectations to employees and deliver timely updates
    - Offer subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls when necessary
    - Conduct Team Meetings to facilitate efficient communication and serve as an open forum for input
    - Stay updated on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in required manager development training programs
    - Schedule and organize team activities to foster teamwork and engagement
    In terms of qualifications, the following skills and knowledge are required:
    - Associate degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience (preferred)
    - Highly motivated individual with the ability to develop and coach team members to meet performance expectations
    - Strong ability to work under pressure, follow through on tasks, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    - Demonstrated skills in leading team members, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deliverable timelines
    - Proficient in mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to team members
    - Willingness to work flexible schedules
    Educational Qualification: Graduation

    Experience in team management (1 year) and BPO (4 years) is required. The job location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with availability for overnight or night shifts. You should be willing to travel 100% for work, and the position requires in-person work.,
