About the Role
The role involves recruitment, preferably in IT staffing, with a strong knowledge of Canadian job market trends and IT industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT staffing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Required Skills
- Talent sourcing and networking expertise.
- Understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
