Job Description

    As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with clients and the sales team to manage schedules and communicate relevant information. You will be responsible for ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials and responding to customer queries while offering after-sales support when requested.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Coordinating with B2C and B2B customers for existing and new sales, rentals, and other business services
    - Identifying B2B and B2C leads and maintaining a regular database
    - Developing new leads and maintaining business relations with customers on a regular basis
    - Making personal visits to clients" places if demanded
    - Offering commercial deals to clients and enquiring for more requirements
    - Coordinating between customers and the technical team to handle tech queries
    - Identifying new client bases through various known sources
    - Providing necessary support to the field sales team
    - Being a point of reference for colleagues and customers
    - Adhering to sales monthly targets to ensure a solid and long-lasting development of the company
    - Facilitating team activities to maximize individual performance
    Qualifications Required:
    - Proven experience in sales and being well-organized

    - Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
    - Good computer skills (MS Office) and proficiency in English
    - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - A team player with a high level of dedication
    - BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
    - Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
