Position Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to join our India/APAC product team. In this role, you will shape and execute product strategy, lead product launches, and enhance existing programs to align with evolving market trends. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market success, support business growth, and deliver value to learners.
Key Responsibilities:

- Define long-term product strategy and quarterly plans to achieve the product vision.

- Conceptualize, research, and launch products with a strong go-to-market strategy.

- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, keeping them up to date with industry trends.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across all functions for successful product launches.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and guide product development decisions.

- Analyse product profitability and utilize an analytical mindset for decision-making.

- Exhibit an owner mindset and embrace challenges in a dynamic business environment.

- Represent product strategy and vision in meetings with university partners and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and experience:

- Strong Customer empathy and business-first thinking.

- Highly analytical, with a keen interest in metrics, trends, and user behaviour.

- Problem-solving skills and detail orientation.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

- 3+ years of product management experience.
