As a leader in the luxury goods sector, Fashion TV India is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the development and execution of our brand licensing and franchise strategy. In this high-impact role reporting directly to the MD, you will have the opportunity to build a new business unit from the ground up, supported by a dedicated consulting partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand licensing, franchise sales, or related business development, demonstrating strategic leadership and strong financial acumen.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive brand licensing and franchise strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, identifying and securing new partnerships, managing budgets and financial models, overseeing all aspects of the business unit, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with consultants to ensure successful implementation of the strategy. You will also be responsible for market analysis, competitive intelligence, and ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in brand licensing, franchise sales, or business development. Strong understanding of the brand licensing and franchise business model, excellent negotiation and communication skills, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset are also essential. Experience in the luxury goods sector is highly desirable.
