Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day office tasks as required
- Assist with basic social media inquiries and responses (a plus)
Requirements:
- Excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Social media skills are a plus
