FOUNDERS OFFICE - Operations Associate

The role

This is not a standard ops role.

Youll sit inside our Founders Office — a small team that keeps the companys internal operations running cleanly. Not producing decks. Not writing proposals. Solving things. When something is broken or stuck, you fix it before it becomes the founders problem.

On a typical week you will:

• Spot coordination failures and fix them directly
  
• Own recurring processes (reporting, scheduling, tracking) the founding team currently handles themselves
  
• Triage the weeks noise — route what belongs elsewhere, act on whats yours, ignore whats irrelevant
  
• Keep six department pods aligned without adding load to their plates
  
• Use AI tools (Claude, GPT) to move faster — not to replace judgment
  

Nothing is handed to you defined and clean. If you need someone to tell you exactly what to do each day, this is the wrong role.
