This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the companys HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. The manager will also act as a key advisor to leadership on HR matters and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Proficiency in performance management and employee development processes
• Knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and HR policies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead and manage HR teams and collaborate with multiple departments
• Experience in change management and driving organizational improvement
• Proficiency with human resource information systems (HRIS) and data analysis
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus
• Previous experience in HR management, ideally in a dynamic or global business setting
