About The GSS-India
- Our GSS India team delivers a wide range of shared services and operational support functions to business units and stakeholders across the organization. We manage critical processes, ensure adherence to policies and processes, support process improvements and standardization initiatives, and provide timely resolution of customer queries. The team collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality, drive efficiency, and support business objectives through continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Joining us offers broad exposure to global operations, cross-functional collaboration, process excellence, and opportunities to develop expertise in shared services, stakeholder management, and business process optimization.
Effective management of calls, walk-ins, letters and email queries. Handle critical relationships by providing exceptional service support. Liaison with CAMS for enabling seamless service delivery to our clients.
- Effective management of operational activities of branch.
- Meet the critical distributors on predefined frequency, foster relationships, and deliver exemplary service experience to our distributors.
- Effective Tracking of all the queries and ensure thorough NIGO checks,
- Effective use of data, MIS by adding value by creating talking points during all scheduled interactions with the distributors.
- Answers queries including but not limited to processing of transactions, processes, regulatory & compliance guidelines from distributors, financial advisors, and other interested parties either from an incoming call or an outgoing returned call.
- Keeps abreast of current market conditions, fund and company policies, investment and tax law changes, compliance requirements, and all other procedural information in a constantly changing environment.
- Adheres to all legal requirements (compliance rules) while servicing distributors.
- Maintain effective channels of communication with all CAMS/KARVY POS for effective delivery of services to our distributors.
- Share monthly statistics with distributors on error trends at their level (Monthly Distributor Service Level Report)
- Preparation of monthly MIS to error trends and measure improvement
- Be flexible for switching job profile within the team.
- Should be a good team player.
- Build a good rapport with the stakeholders.
- Need to take care of operational activities of the branch.
- Preferred MBA or any graduate degree. Preferably from a commerce / accounting / finance background. Proficient in English, numerate.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry and mutual funds in specific.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Capacity to handle high volume of activity in fast-paced environment.
