About This Role
Were looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad location.
In this role, youll play a key role in enabling recruiting excellence across the organization by driving operational rigor, strengthening coordination, and building scalable hiring processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, People Strategy Partners, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in process optimization, stakeholder management, and operational execution.
What Youll Do
  • Optimize Slack channels for clear, structured collaboration across TA, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate intake meetings; draft intake guides.
  • Create and manage requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Draft and publish brand-aligned job postings across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date job description library with version control.
  • Manage headcount approvals, track workflows, and proactively prevent hiring delays.
  • Partner with PSP and Finance to align hiring plans with budget and headcount.
  • Support recruiting operations through admin support, process improvements, automation, and TA projects.
This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.
What Were Looking For
  • 4-6 years in TA Ops, Recruiting Ops, HR Ops, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and hiring processes.
  • Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • 2 years experience working in SaaS and/or private equity or venture-backed environments
Nice-to-have Skills Or Experience
  • Experience working in SaaS and/or private equity or venture-backed environments
  • Proficiency with Ashby ATS and Workday
  • Experience or supporting system implementations
