Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall functioning of the Skilling Centre, ensuring smooth implementation of all training activities.
- Conduct training sessions for beneficiaries as per the defined curriculum and learning objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with local trainers/resource persons to deliver skill-based training sessions.
- Mobilize beneficiaries from nearby communities to participate in the skilling programs.
- Maintain records of attendance, training progress, and completion reports of all participants.
- Track and monitor the learning and livelihood outcomes of trained beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with the central team for program updates, data reporting, and documentation.
- Organize community awareness and engagement activities to promote the skilling initiatives.
- Participate in regular review meetings, capacity-building sessions, and trainings organized by the organization.

- Prior experience in conducting or managing skill development or vocational training programs.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage adult learners effectively (18+ women).
- Bachelors degree in social work, Education, Rural Development, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage field-level operations independently.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, digital tools).
