About the Role

Were looking for a growth-focused marketer who enjoys learning, experimenting, and improving results using digital channels and AI tools.

This role focuses on driving measurable growth through experimentation, funnel optimization, and smarter marketing systems.

What Youll Do

• Run marketing experiments and test new ideas across digital channels
• Analyze performance and improve conversions (CRO)
• Optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation to final conversion
• Use AI tools and marketing automation to work smarter and faster
• Track key metrics, share insights, and scale what works with the team
