Summary of the role

Job Title: Deputy Manager Risk Analytics

As a Deputy Manager in the Risk Analytics team at Games24x7, you will drive initiatives focused on fraud detection and responsible gaming, ensuring player safety, regulatory compliance, and enhanced user trust. This role blends data analytics, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, ideal for professionals passionate about user well-being in the real-money gaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsible gaming policies aligned with regulatory guidelines (MeitY, TNOGA, SRO).
• Use AI and data analytics to identify risky behavior and trigger early interventions.
• Monitor gameplay to detect fraud or problem gaming; collaborate with data science for algorithm optimization.
• Integrate safety features (age verification, limits, self-exclusion) with product and tech teams.
• Drive player education campaigns and support grievance redressals with customer service.
• Prepare regulatory reports; conduct internal training on responsible gaming.
• Liaise with external mental health and safety partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years post-BTech (IIT/NIT/BITS) or 1+ years post-MBA/PGDM (IIM/ISB/IIFT) in fraud analytics, responsible gaming, player safety, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and working familiarity with Python.
• Strong grasp of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques, and a working understanding of Big Data, ML, and modern AI methods.
• Understanding of Indian gaming regulations and compliance norms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
