Role Summary:

As a Senior Executive-System Engineering-Infrastructure in our IT department, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Networking ,IT Automation & IDAM along with expertise in tools such as DLP (Data Loss Prevention), data security, networking, wireless security, and patch & vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP):

• Implement and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor and respond to incidents related to data security.
• Data Security:
• Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Networking:
• Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.

• Wireless Security:
• Implement and manage wireless security protocols.
• Monitor and optimize wireless network performance.

• Patch & Vulnerability Management:
• Develop and implement patch & vulnerability management strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective deployment of security patches.

• Few Other Pointer related to Job:

• Investigate any identified issues with the implementation and then proactively drive resolution.
• Participate in critical incidents & providing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions as well as contributing to preventative measures.
• Managing and maintaining servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
• Working knowledge on Windows servers, Linux OS, Manageable Network switches, FW, Routers, NAS,Wireless Controller etc.
• Experience with SIEM / log management technologies
• Familiarity & Working knowledge on Cloud platform like AWS

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DLP solutions, data security practices, networking, wireless security, and patch management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):-
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, AWS
