Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily e-commerce operational activities remotely, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.
• 
  Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on operational performance metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, knowledge of supply chain processes, ability to work independently in a remote setting, familiarity with project management software.
• Preferred: Previous internship experience in e-commerce or operations, knowledge of logistics management, familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
