About the role:

As Zonal Head International Sales for the North Region, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the international sales strategy for international markets. You will play a key role in market development, team leadership, and client engagement, ensuring the alignment of internal teams and external partners for successful execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement the international sales strategy across markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define market-entry and expansion strategies
• Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them
• Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development plans to strengthen team capability
• Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, accountability, and collaboration
• Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international markets
• Onboard and mentor new channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and enhanced outreach
• Oversee high-value international client interactions, including site visits and the closure process
• Own the responsibility of achieving international sales targets and driving profitability across international markets
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, roadshows, and client forums

Who are we looking for?:

Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 12+ years in international sales, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role

Skills:

• Proven success in delivering sales results in developed markets
• Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to transform market insights into actionable plans
• Inspirational leader with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in partner/channel ecosystem development and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
