Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing to manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for multiple projects, driving lead generation to conversion (orders) with a focus on new client acquisition in B2B & B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, FB, Insta etc.) to acquire high-intent leads.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for continuous improvement.

Lead-to-Order Conversion:

  • Work closely with team to ensure seamless lead nurturing & conversion tracking.
  • Implement retargeting & lookalike audience strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify drop-offs and optimize touchpoints.

Data & Analytics:

  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI) using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use attribution modeling to measure multi-channel impact.

B2B & B2C Expertise:

    Experience running campaigns for both B2B (lead gen, LinkedIn, intent-based targeting) and B2C (D2C, e-commerce, high-volume conversions).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years in performance marketing (Only Marketing Agency experience preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics is necessary).
  • Experience with lead tracking tools (Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.
  • B2B & B2C campaign experience e-commerce, etc.).
