Role Description

As a Business Development Executive (Sales), youll be at the forefront of our growth journey driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and crafting creative marketing initiatives. You will handle the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and contribute to marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand building.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves both numbers and creativity, and wants to grow rapidly with the company. The role will further involve conducting market research, generating Leads, preparing detailed quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal. The role is based out of Ghaziabad (U.P.).

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, research, and generate leads through market intelligence and networking.

2. Drive end-to-end B2B sales processes from cold outreach and client meetings to proposal creation and deal closure.

3. Collaborate with the technical team to align product offerings with client requirements.

4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to strengthen brand presence.

5. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, and product demos.

6. Maintain CRM data and track progress against targets.

7. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences for networking and brand visibility.

8. Gather feedback from customers and market trends to suggest improvements in product strategy.

Job Requirements

1. MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience).

2. Background in Engineering / Technical stream (preferred but not mandatory).

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Strong understanding of B2B sales and decision-making processes.

5. Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and startup mindset.

6. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of projects.

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

8. Experience in the solar or robotics industry or technology sector is a plus

Compensation

Negotiable CTC + performance-based incentive
