Venture Capital Associate

What role you will play in team: You'll work closely with a senior team member in sourcing, evaluating and monitoring venture capital investment opportunities across various sectors.

What you will do: You'll conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. You'll also help prepare investment proposals and presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen potential venture capital investments.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
• Perform thorough due diligence, including market analysis and competitive landscape review.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations.

• Monitor portfolio companies' performance and report progress to senior management.
• Attend industry events and network with entrepreneurs and other investors.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity (preferred).
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
