Role Summary and Impact
The Digital Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the companys digital presence across all content and social media channels. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, revenue growth. The Digital Director will lead a team of content and social media professionals, developing and executing innovative digital strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives. This individual will be a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, social media platforms, and analytics. Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with the companys overall marketing and business goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals for all digital content and social media initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
- Present digital strategy and performance updates to senior management.
- Oversee the development and execution of a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., SEO, paid media) to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
- Oversee the creation of various content formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
- Generate regular reports on digital performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to inform content strategy and optimize social media campaigns.
- Manage the company s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Remain up to date with market trends and understand the market and customer demographics.
