HR Recruitment Sourcer

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the talent acquisition team, proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates for open positions.

What you will do: You will leverage various sourcing strategies to identify and connect with qualified candidates, manage candidate relationships and pipeline.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networking.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• 
  Manage candidate pipelines and track key metrics.
• Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
