Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Gwalior. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance of insurance agents, as well as developing and implementing strategies to boost agency sales. The role involves fostering strong relationships with agents and driving the agency to meet and exceed sales targets.
