Opportunity with Head Way Tek on Senior SAP FICO Lead/ 10-15 Yrs/ (Hybrid) Bangalore/ Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP ECC Finance leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Team management: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 20+ SAP consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT leadership to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance compliance.
• Project governance: Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes.
• Training & knowledge transfer: Develop training programs and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the finance team.

  SAP ECC FI/CO expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling).
• Leadership experience: Minimum 10+ years in SAP Finance with at least 5 years leading large teams (20+ resources).
• Global project exposure: Experience in multi-country rollouts, global templates, and localization requirements.
• Finance domain knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
• Communication skills: Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
