Talent Acquisition Specialist

Executing all talent acquisition activities considering quality, cost & timeliness to bring best talent for respective function.

The position is for a role in Talent Acquisition team, based out of Head Office, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, and extending offers
• Maintain real time recruitment metrics and MIS in structured defined format
• Plan, communicate and execute the recruitment process and events as per standard protocol, Accountable for recruitment operations, recruitment marketing and on boarding as per targeted hiring mandate
• 
  Ensure excellent candidate experience & smooth on-boarding of new joiners

Qualifications

• Full time Post Graduate
• 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Success Factor
• Market mapping sourcing
