Executing all talent acquisition activities considering quality, cost & timeliness to bring best talent for respective function.
The position is for a role in Talent Acquisition team, based out of Head Office, Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, and extending offers
- Maintain real time recruitment metrics and MIS in structured defined format
- Plan, communicate and execute the recruitment process and events as per standard protocol, Accountable for recruitment operations, recruitment marketing and on boarding as per targeted hiring mandate
- Ensure excellent candidate experience & smooth on-boarding of new joiners
Qualifications
- Full time Post Graduate
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Success Factor
- Market mapping sourcing
