Investment Banking Associate - Debt Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You'll support senior bankers in executing debt financings for corporate clients.

What you will do: You will be involved in all aspects of the debt capital markets process, from deal origination to closing.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Market research and competitive analysis.
• Preparation of pitch books and presentations.
• Due diligence and credit analysis.
• Coordination with legal and other internal teams.
• Client communication and relationship management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience in debt capital markets preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
