Investment Banking Associate - Debt Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of our DCM team, supporting senior bankers in the origination and execution of debt transactions for corporate clients.

What you will do: You'll assist in financial modeling, deal structuring, and client communication.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare financial models and presentations for debt financing transactions.
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination.
• Assist in the negotiation and documentation of debt transactions.
• Manage client relationships and communications.
• Coordinate with legal and other internal teams.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of debt capital markets and transaction structuring.
