Role Description

This is a contract role for a Social Media Manager, based on-site at HIREKARMAs Cuttack location. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the organizations social media presence, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media profiles, and crafting engaging and impactful content. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, engaging with online communities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and target audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging content
• Proven ability in developing a cohesive social media presence across platforms
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a team environment
• Prior experience in digital content or social media management preferred
