• First 3 Months (Probation): ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month
• Post Probation (Based on Performance): ₹25,000 -30,000 per month as a Chef & Food Science Executive, with greater ownership in product development and R&D.

Kefilo is building a next-generation nutrition and wellness company focused on functional nutrition, food innovation, and preventive healthcare.

We are not a traditional cloud kitchen. Our goal is to develop scientifically designed, high-protein, functional food products that help people achieve sustainable health transformations.

Our cloud kitchen also functions as an R&D center where every recipe is tested, standardized, documented, and continuously improved before reaching customers.

This is a hands-on kitchen and food innovation role, not a restaurant chef position.

You will spend most of your time inside our cloud kitchen experimenting with recipes, developing high-protein food products, standardizing formulations, documenting processes, and creating engaging food content.

• Cook and experiment with innovative high-protein and functional food recipes.
• Develop fusion-based products that are healthy, scalable, and commercially viable.
• Standardize recipes by documenting ingredients, cooking methods, nutritional values, portion sizes, and costing.
• Conduct product testing to improve taste, texture, shelf life, consistency, and customer experience.
• Prepare SOPs and maintain proper documentation for every product developed.
• Assist in menu development, product innovation, and continuous R&D activities.
• Shoot aesthetic food photos, recipe videos, behind-the-scenes kitchen content, and participate in podcasts and educational videos.
• Work closely with nutritionists, branding, and operations teams during product development and launches.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety standards, and quality control within the kitchen.
  

• Degree or pursuing degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related fields.
• Passion for cooking and experimenting with food.
• Basic understanding of nutrition, recipe development, and food standardization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
• Interest in content creation and social media is an added advantage.
• Creative, disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
