Responsibilities:

? The job holder performs the following tasks independently and at his/her own responsibility, adhering to the statutory conditions and the companys requirements:

? Design and implement an efficient order process to ensure a seamless customer experience.

? Prepare customized offers based on customer needs and follow up via phone, recording interactions in SAP.

? Track orders, prevent errors, and ensure timely fulfillment.

? Handle customer complaints effectively, turning issues into opportunities for customer retention.

? Proactively communicate with customers, anticipating their needs and providing timely information.

? Serve as the main point of contact for customer and product/service inquiries.

? Support field sales agents by addressing customer requirements and ensuring smooth operations.

? Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns.

? Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and manage quotes using SAP MM.

? Monitor and track delivery dates to ensure on-time shipments.

? Act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, and sales teams for technical matters.

? Cross-reference products and services to deliver the best customer solutions

Qualifications:

? Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.

? Experience: 2-4 years in customer care service, sales back office, and professional customer communication, preferably in the cutting tools industry.

? ERP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP/R3 SD modules; SAP MM experience is a plus.

? Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office. ? Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written).

? Personal Attributes: Motivated, energetic, reliable, with strong professional cooperation skills.

? Motivation and Teamwork: Enthusiastic about working with people and achieving success for the company
