Credit Risk Policy Manager

:

• Responsible for defining the credit underwriting framework for new as well as existing to bank customers
• Defining the strategies for Credit Approval and Credit Limit assignment
• Monitoring & meeting the acquisition vintage risk levels within the risk appetite
• High end analytics required for management of risk levels, approval rate, and customer credit profile. Providing data extraction, analysis, and visualization to support company-wide decision making
• Portfolio management, limit management of the existing card portfolio
• Ownership of the cross-sell UW engine – generating eligible customer base for CRM/sales teams
• Development, testing, and deployment of policy changes in underwriting decision engine (Blaze)
• Close cooperation with business teams like Sales, CRM, Marking, Digital, and Data Science
• Working closely with Finance to provide inputs for budgeting, pricing, regulators
• Leveraging big data sources like credit bureau data, SDK data, telecom data, Geo data etc. in UW strategies
• Engagement with collections department to optimize the risk levels – proving inputs on sourcing quality trends , key UW changes etc.

• Analyze data (customer/portfolio/retailer) to identify early warning signals and proactively provide feedback to Anti-Fraud Head to take corrective actions
• Working Experience with Tableau and SQL is a must.
